1. Adding a Used Vehicle:

• Step 1: Select "Add Used Vehicle" from the vehicle admin toolkit.
• Step 2: After creation, the vehicle will appear in your AutoTrader account as unpublished.

2. Publishing the Listing:

• Step 3: Open the stock record and navigate to the advertising screen.
• Step 4: Tick the AutoTrader box under the Advert Location section to publish the listing.

3. Updating Listing Details:

• Price: Change the sale price in the vehicle stock record.
• Mileage: Update the mileage in the stock record to sync with AutoTrader.
• Features: Use the Features report to add/remove features; if missing, use "Get Data" to refresh.
• Other Fields: Accessible under Advertising Extras in stock management.

4. Saving and Publishing:

• Save changes by selecting either "Save" or "Exit."
• Ensure the AutoTrader tick box is checked before saving.
• View the updated advert online; changes may take a few minutes to an hour to appear.
