Even after a vehicle stock record has been deleted, you may still be able to search for and access it in Navigator. This is because deleted records remain stored in the system for reference but are no longer considered active.
Understanding Deleted Stock Records in Navigator
1. Record Availability
- Deleted stock records can still be found in Vehicle Administration Toolkit by searching for the stock number.
- However, they will not appear in standard reports or active stock listings.
2. Record Status Indicators
- A deleted stock record will have a status of "Cancelled" in Navigator.
- This indicates that the record is no longer active but is retained for audit purposes.
