You can customise your stock list reports by adding or removing columns from a wide selection of available fields. Here's how to manage columns for different roles:
Steps to Modify Stock List Columns:
- Navigate to Vehicles > Vehicle Parameter Maintenance > Stock List.
- From here, you can adjust the columns for Sales Person, Sales Manager, Vehicle Administrator, and Incoming PX stock lists.
Adding or Removing Columns:
On the left-hand side, you’ll see your Available Fields.
On the right-hand side are the Active Columns currently in use.
To add a new column, locate the desired field on the left and double-click it.
To remove a column, find it in the list on the right and double-click it.
Rearranging Column Order:
- To move a column’s position, single-click the field you want to reposition and use the up and down arrows to adjust its placement.
Important: The Stock Number column cannot be removed or moved. It must always remain the first column in the list.
