How to Add Image Count to Your Vehicle Stock Lists

You can add the Image Count column to various stock lists, including the Sales Person Stock List, Sales Manager Stock List, Vehicle Administrator Stock List, and Incoming PX List reports.

Steps to Add Image Count:

1. Navigate to Vehicles > Vehicle Parameter Maintenance > Stock List.
2. Select the report you want to modify by clicking the appropriate tab.
3. On the left-hand side under Available Fields, scroll down until you find Image Count.
4. Double-click on Image Count to add it to the Selected Fields on the right-hand side.
5. Press Save to apply the changes.

To change the column's position:

• In the Selected Fields section, single-click the Image Count item.
• Use the Move Up or Move Down buttons to adjust its position.

Important: The Stock No column must always remain the first item in the list and cannot be repositioned.
