Customer Details Missing from Vehicle Invoice

There are several potential reasons for missing customer details on a vehicle invoice.

  1. Verify Customer Information: Start by checking that the customer details are correct. Navigate to the Stock Record > Sales Status > View Customer. If it’s a Private sale, ensure the Personal tab is completed. For a Business Sale, confirm that the Business tab is filled in.

  2. Check Sales Order Settings: Next, verify that the Sales Order is set up correctly. In the Sales Status tab, click on View Order and ensure that the order type corresponds to the appropriate tab (Personal or Business) filled out previously.

  3. Confirm Invoice Customer Type: Finally, ensure that the invoice is issued to the correct customer type, whether Personal or Business.
