1. Verify Customer Information
- Navigate to Stock Record > Sales Status > View Customer.
- Check whether the correct details have been entered:
- Private Sale: Ensure the Personal tab is completed.
- Business Sale: Ensure the Business tab is correctly filled in.
2. Check Sales Order Settings
- In the Sales Status tab, click on View Order.
- Ensure the Sales Order type matches the customer details:
- If it's a Personal Sale, the Personal tab should be filled out.
- If it's a Business Sale, the Business tab should be completed.
3. Confirm Invoice Customer Type
- Ensure the invoice is issued to the correct customer type.
- Double-check that the system has correctly assigned the invoice to either:
- A Personal customer (if it's a private sale).
- A Business customer (if it's a company sale).
