Updating a Workshop Job to a Different Customer

If you need to update a job to a different customer, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the Job is an Appointment
    The job must be set as an appointment for the customer details to be modified.

  2. Accepted Appointments
    For accepted appointments, you’ll need to select Reschedule as New Appointment before proceeding with any changes.

  3. Changing the Customer

    • Navigate to Workshop > Service Reception.
    • Load the job you wish to update.
    • Click Change Customer next to the existing customer’s name.
    • Search for and select the correct customer.

This will transfer the job to the new customer, ensuring all records are properly updated.
