How to Delete a Courtesy Car (Loan Car)

To delete a courtesy car from the system, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Workshop > Service Manager’s Toolkit > Courtesy Cars.
2. Locate the courtesy car you wish to delete.
3. Single-click on the car to select it.
4. Press the Delete button to remove it.

Important:
Before deleting a courtesy car, ensure it is not currently booked out to any workshop jobs. The car must be marked as returned in the system before it can be deleted.
