Vehicle consignment in Navigator allows for the recording of expected vehicle costs and facilitates smooth tracking until the vehicle is purchased. A vehicle consignment is a temporary record of a vehicle's expected cost and status before full ownership is taken. This approach is commonly used to manage vehicles during transit or before final adoption into stock. This guide explains how to post a vehicle consignment, update costs, and report on consigned vehicles.

Avoid lookup misuse: Only use the lookup option for the consignment note if your site supports SLi integration (e.g., VW sites).
