Step 1: Generate a Debtors Report
Navigate to the Vehicle Admin section.
Run a debtors report, ensuring you select all branches if you are reconciling for a single company.
Step 2: Generate a Schedule Nominal Report
Run a Schedule Nominal report for the account 1.3.60.83*.
Ensure the report is generated for today's date.
Step 3: Compare the Reports
Compare the figures from the debtors report with the Schedule Nominal report.
These two reports should match exactly. If discrepancies exist, investigate the differences to ensure proper alignment.
