When handling multiple parts in a request, you can save time by allocating them in bulk rather than assigning each part individually. This guide outlines the simple steps to bulk allocate parts to a request line efficiently.

Why Use Bulk Allocation?

Bulk allocation is useful when you need to quickly assign multiple parts to a single request line. This method reduces manual effort and ensures accuracy in assigning parts, improving workflow efficiency.

Steps to Bulk Allocate Parts

1. Select the First Part: Click on the first part in the list that you want to allocate.

2. Select Multiple Parts: Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the last part in the list. This will select all parts between the first and last selection.

3. Allocate the Parts: Click the Allocate button.

All selected parts will be assigned to the chosen request line. You can select the request line either before or after selecting the parts.
