Error Job Line Awaiting Parts

This error appears when a job cannot be invoiced because one or more request lines are still waiting for parts. Until the parts are booked or the request is marked complete, the system blocks invoicing. This ensures that invoices are only raised once all required parts are accounted for.


Cause

  • The request line is flagged as awaiting parts.

  • The job cannot proceed to invoicing until this is cleared.


How to Resolve

  1. Locate the request line showing as awaiting parts.

  2. Click the “P” button next to the request line.

  3. Mark the line as Complete.

The error will clear, and the job can now be invoiced.
