1. Enquiry Analysis Report

Purpose:

Provides a breakdown of all enquiries created within a specified date range.

How to Run:

  1. Enter a Date From and Date To to define the reporting period.

  2. Optionally, select a Salesperson from the dropdown menu.

    • This field is not mandatory, but helps filter results.

  3. Click Report to generate results.

What You Can Analyse:

  • Volume of enquiries

  • Salesperson activity

  • Date-based enquiry trends

Use this report for performance reviews or identifying follow-up gaps.


2. Showroom Log Report

Purpose:

Displays all sales activity processed in the showroom over a specific date range.

How to Run:

  1. Enter the start and end date using the calendar tools or manual input.

  2. Click Report to generate the data.

Use Case:

  • Track daily or weekly showroom volume

  • Identify peak times or gaps in activity

  • Review customer flow and follow-up rates


3. View Salesperson’s Calendar

Purpose:

View a selected salesperson’s diary, including appointments, follow-ups, and test drives.

How to Use:

  1. Select the salesperson from the dropdown list.

  2. Click View to load their calendar.

This provides visibility into their workload, planned customer interactions, and potential scheduling conflicts.
