Reporting on Cancelled Sales Orders

Cancelled sales orders provide insight into sales performance and process issues. Tracking them helps identify patterns, cancellation rates, and the reasons behind lost sales. This information supports better forecasting, improved customer service, and corrective action.


How to Run the Report

  1. Open Sales Manager’s Toolkit.

  2. Go to Reports > Cancelled Orders.

  3. Enter the date range you want to analyse.

  4. Select Report to generate the results.


Exporting the Report

  • Right-click on the report.

  • Choose the export option to save the data for further analysis.
