Creating a Marketing Campaign by Branch Number

Branch-based campaigns let you target customers more precisely. By filtering campaigns using branch numbers, you can send tailored marketing to the right audience and keep results accurate across locations.


Steps to Create the Campaign

  1. Create a New Campaign

  2. Edit the Selection Criteria

    • Open your campaign and select Edit Selection.

    • Go to Profiles > Marketing > Branch No.

  3. Choose the Branch Numbers

    • Press Select.

    • Tick the branches you want to include in the campaign.

    • Press OK to confirm.
