Issuing Products to a Sales Vehicle from Retail

You issue products to a sales vehicle when the sales department buys items for a vehicle that do not need workshop fitting. These products are booked directly to the vehicle’s stock record.

Why This Matters

• Ensures products are linked to the correct vehicle

• Keeps stock levels accurate

• Records costs correctly for sales reporting

Before You Start

You must know the stock number of the vehicle.
Products cannot be issued without it.

Issuing the Products

1. Select the required products in EPOS as normal.

2. Select Sales Vehicle (F10) or press F10.
   The sales vehicle screen opens.

3. Enter the stock number.

4. Select Search.
   The vehicle details appear on screen.

5. Select OK to confirm.
   Select Cancel to return to EPOS without booking the items out.

Completion

After confirming, the products are booked to the selected sales vehicle record.
Stock levels update immediately.
