Invoice Report

Purpose
The Invoice Report shows all invoices raised between two selected dates. You choose the date range, run the report, and review the list of invoices for that period.

Why This Matters
It helps you track sales activity.
It supports daily and monthly checks.
It gives a clear view of invoice volume and values.

Running the Report
Select the date from and date to.
Select Report.
The invoice list appears on screen.


Stock List

Purpose
The Stock List shows all products held in the shop and their values. This is used for stock checks, valuations, and day-to-day visibility of stock levels.

Why This Matters
It confirms what you have in stock.
It helps identify missing or incorrect items.
It supports ordering and stock planning.

Running the Report
Select the criteria required.
Select Report to display the full stock list.


Sales Analysis

Purpose
The Sales Analysis report summarises product sales for a selected period. Unlike the Invoice Report, it does not show each invoice. It groups sales by supplier, department, category, and other classifications.

Why This Matters
It helps you understand which products sell.
It highlights strong and weak categories.
It supports buying decisions and stock planning.

Running the Report
Select the date from and date to.
Choose the branches to include.
Select Report.

Working with the Report
You can summarise the results by dragging column headings into the grey area above the grid.
This lets you group the data, for example by supplier or department.
