• This guide explains how to define and price accessories within the system, using the required page structure.

    1. Navigate to Accessory Setup

    1. Go to the Vehicle Module.

    2. Select Vehicle Parameters.

    3. Choose Accessories.

  • 2. Manage Accessory Pages

    Accessories must be organised within pages (categories).

    • To create a new category:

      • Click Add Page.

      • Enter the required description for the new category (e.g., 'Winter Packs', 'Exterior Styling').

    • To use an existing category:

      • Select the desired page from the list.

  • 3. Add the Accessory Item

    1. With the correct page selected, click Add Accessory.

    2. Enter Essential Details:

      • Input the Retail price for the accessory.

      • Select the appropriate VAT status for the item.

    3. Optional: Nominal Coding

      • You can optionally assign a Nominal Code to the accessory. If assigned, this accessory will be processed separately from standard dealer options for accounting purposes.

  • 4. Save Changes

    • Once all details are complete, click Update to save your new accessory and category configuration.
