Why Isn't the Current Vehicle Model Showing?

If the current vehicle model is not appearing in Navigator, it is often due to how the Navigator Data Supplier manages vehicle updates.


Common Reasons for This Issue:

  1. Vehicle Model Updates Depend on the Introductory Year

    • The data supplier creates a vehicle entry based on its initial release year.
    • If there are no specification changes in subsequent years, the Vehicle Price File is not updated.
    • This means older model years may still be listed, even if the vehicle is still in production.
  2. Model Refreshes May Not Automatically Update in Navigator

    • If a vehicle undergoes a facelift or refresh, but the system still displays the old model year, it may require a manual update.

What to Do When a Model Refresh Occurs:

? Step 1: Verify whether the vehicle has received a facelift or update.
