To add a note to an invoice within the Purchase Ledger, follow these steps:
Open the Invoice:
- Double-click the desired invoice on the Purchase Ledger account to view its details.
Locate the Notes Field:
- Scroll to the bottom of the invoice screen where you'll find a Notes field.
Enter Your Note:
- Type the desired note into the notes field (see below box)
View the Note:
- Once entered, the note will appear on the transaction list for easy reference.
The note entered in the above box will then show on the transactions list itself as below.
