To add a note to an invoice within the Purchase Ledger, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Invoice:

    • Double-click the desired invoice on the Purchase Ledger account to view its details.
  2. Locate the Notes Field:

    • Scroll to the bottom of the invoice screen where you'll find a Notes field.
  3. Enter Your Note:

    • Type the desired note into the notes field (see below box)
  4. View the Note:

    • Once entered, the note will appear on the transaction list for easy reference.



The note entered in the above box will then show on the transactions list itself as below.
