Historical Parts Stock Value

This guide outlines how to check Historical Parts Stock Value from the Nominal Ledger module.

Step 1.

You will need to ensure you have access to the Accounts module,

Select Accounts

Step 2 

In the dropdown sub category select Nominal Ledger

Step 3.

Select the Reports tab and click the Reconcile

You will need to select the date you want it to report on (this has to be as at a certain date). This can be manually entered DD/MM/YY or for ease you can use the Calendar button and select what is needed.

Once happy with your selection click Report.

Step 4.

Double click the parts stock line and in the next screen you can right click and export this to a spreadsheet.

Step 5.

Within the Excel spreadsheet you can then filter it down by franchise to see a break down of each specific franchise as of that date.
