Use the SMS Template Editor to quickly create and customise templates for common customer communications.

Step-by-Step Template Creation

  1. Navigate: Go to Marketing > New ACM > SMS Template Editor.

  2. Choose Type: Select the desired template category from the list: MOT, Service, or MOT/Service.

  3. Build Template:

    • Type the body of your message into the text area.

    • Personalise: Double-click on any available fields (e.g., customer name, date) to insert them automatically into your template.

  4. Save: Once you are happy with the content, click the Save button to store your new template.

⚠️ Important Cost Management Rule

SMS messages have a strict character limit for standard pricing.

  • Your SMS message can contain a maximum of 160 characters to be charged as 1 SMS message.

  • Any characters above this limit will cause the message to be split and charged as multiple messages.
