The Solution: Amending the CSS
To remove the strikethrough effect from your email text:
Navigate to Parameters:
Go to Service Parameter > Email/SMS.
Access CSS Editor:
Click on the small CSS button to open the stylesheet editor.
Locate and Amend:
Locate the CSS setting (likely
text-decoration) that is applying the strikethrough effect.Change the value to
none(i.e.,text-decoration: none;).
Save:
Save your changes in the CSS Editor and close the window.
This adjustment will remove the lines from your email text, ensuring your confirmations appear clean and professional.
