If you're seeing lines through text in your email confirmations, this is caused by a formatting style known as "strikethrough." A strikethrough draws a line through the middle of text, often used to indicate that something is deleted or no longer relevant.
To remove the strikethrough effect:
Navigate to Service Parameter > Email/SMS.
Click on the small CSS button.
Locate the setting that applies the strikethrough and change it to "none".
This will remove the lines from your email text, ensuring your confirmations appear as intended.
