Why Can’t I Charge Special Rates on Internal Jobs?

Modified on Fri, 20 Sep at 3:22 PM

Internal jobs are treated as an expense to the business and are typically charged at a pre-determined, fixed rate. This is because internal jobs are not intended to generate profit, as the cost remains within the company.

As a result, all internal workshop jobs will automatically use the internal labour rate set in Workshop > Service Parameters, ensuring consistent, non-profitable billing for these types of jobs.
