How to Extend Available Dates in the Workshop Diary

The workshop diary is typically configured to display dates up to three months in advance. In certain situations, you may need to recalculate and extend these dates. This guide explains how to extend the available dates and refresh the diary.

Steps to Extend Workshop Diary Dates

1. Access Opening Times

1. Navigate to Workshop > Service Parameters > Opening Times.

2. Recalculate Dates

1. In the Opening Times window, tab through your opening times to ensure all fields are reviewed.
2. Click Close at the bottom of the window.
3. Click Close again at the top of the window to finalise the process.

3. Verify Changes

• Your workshop diary will now display extended hours and dates.

• Adding a New Technician:
  • This process can also be used to refresh the diary hours when adding a new technician to ensure their availability is reflected in the diary.
