Mark a technician as absent

To do this, you can either go via the Staff Record in Setup, or via Update in Service Managers Toolkit.

Staff Record : -

Go to Setup > Staff Records > enter the required technician name or staff number and press load.

On the Staff Record select the Technicians tab - at the bottom of the window is a field for Absence. Select the Add button and fill in the required details.

Service Managers Toolkit : -

Workshop > Service Managers Tookit > Clock card > select the Update button. Search for the required technician by either staff name or staff number and select Load.

On the window is a field for Absence. Select the Add button and fill in the required details.

Change Leave Reasons : - 

If you need to amend the reasons available - go to Workshop > Service Parameters - select the button for Holiday Reasons.

Click Add to create a leave reason - you can select whether this is also payable or not.
