Column Breakdown
Technician Name:
- The name of the technician whose data is being reported.
Br (Branch No):

Invoiced Date:

Hours On Jobs:
- The total time (in hours) the technician spent working on jobs.
Non-Prod. Time:
- The total hours clocked to non-productive jobs, such as waiting or admin tasks.
Hours Attended:
- The total hours the technician was clocked in, calculated as the difference between clock-in and clock-out times for the day.
Hours Absent:
- The total time booked to absence, such as holidays or training, which is removed from the diary.
Absent Type:
