Clock Card Report - What each column means

Column 1   = Technician Name

Column 2   = Br (Branch No)

Column 3   = Invoiced Date

Column 4   = Hours On Jobs.  (Time worked by technician on jobs).

Column 5   = Non Prod. Time. (Total hours clocked to NON productive jobs).

Column 6   = Hours Attended.  (Difference between clock IN and OUT for the day)

Column 7   = Hours Absent (Time booked to Absence and removed from diary)

Column 8   = Absent Type (Type of Absence booked i.e. Holiday, Training etc.)

Column 9   = Gross Hours Attended

Column 10  = WIP Adj. (Hours on Job – Hours Taken. It is the net difference between time taken on invoices raised, but worked on a previous day and hours clocked but not charged today i.e.)

Column 11  = Hours Scheduled (Total time of Job lines)

Column 12  = Hours Taken (Time taken by technician).

Column 13  = Variance (Hours taken - Hours Scheduled)

Column 14  = Utilisation % (Hours on job / Hours attended X 100)

Column 15  = Efficiency % (Hours scheduled /Hours Taken X 100)

Column 16  = Prod.Eff % (Hours scheduled /Gross Attended X 100)
