Clock Card Report - What Each Columns Mean

  • Technician Name
    The name of the technician.

  • Branch Number (Br)
    The branch number associated with the technician.

  • Invoiced Date
    The date the job or work was invoiced.

  • Hours on Jobs
    The time worked by the technician on jobs.

  • Non-Productive Time
    The total hours clocked to non-productive jobs.

  • Hours Attended
    The difference between clock-in and clock-out times for the day.

  • Hours Absent
    Time booked as absence and removed from the diary.

  • Absent Type
    The type of absence booked (e.g., holiday, training, etc.).

  • Gross Hours Attended
    The total hours attended, including all work and non-work periods.

  • WIP Adjustment
    The net difference between time taken on invoices raised and hours worked on a previous day but not charged today.

  • Hours Scheduled
    The total time assigned to job lines.

  • Hours Taken
    The actual time taken by the technician.

  • Variance
    The difference between hours taken and hours scheduled.

  • Utilisation %
    Calculated as (Hours on job / Hours attended) x 100.

  • Efficiency %
    Calculated as (Hours scheduled / Hours taken) x 100.

  • Productivity Efficiency %
    Calculated as (Hours scheduled / Gross hours attended) x 100.
