The difference between the service invoice report and the technician's report are as followed:
The invoice report gives the calculations of all invoiced jobs looked at between a given period.
The report lists the invoiced time as a whole against the first technician who clocked onto the job.
It also shows the profitability of each invoice for Parts, Subcontracts, Oil sales and Non-Labour.
The technician's report gives all details taken from the technicians “Clock Card” about each individual technicians over a selected period, with the items listed below:
Hours Taken, hours sold, labour profit, parts value, menu discount, labour recover, labour efficiency, attended hours, clocked on jobs hours, non-productive hours, utilisation and WIP adjustment
