How do I set up SMS appointment reminders?

This guide outlines how to setup your Navigator to send out automatic SMS appointment reminders to customers the day before their appointment is due.


Step 1

You will need access to the Workshop module then Service Parameters in the sub menu


Step 2

From the tool bar you will need to select the Email/SMS icon


Step 3

In this screen you will need to select the appropriate tab first "SMS Appointment Reminder


Type your message that you want to send to customers in the Message box


When pleased with the message click "Save", then "Close"

You will now have set up this process and messages will be sent to the customers the evening before their appointment is due.
