The most common reason SMS ACM reminders aren't being sent is due to insufficient SMS credit. Currently, we are working on implementing a new billing system that will allow you to be billed only for what you use, removing the need to manually top up your SMS account.
However, at present, the only way to check your SMS credit is to contact the helpdesk via email or phone.

Another potential issue could be invalid mobile numbers. Ensure that there are no special characters or text in the mobile number field, as this can also prevent SMS reminders from being sent.
