How can I add additional Fields to the Stock list?

This guide will outline how to add more fields to the Stock List Report. This report is set up with standard fields however there are more to choose from to suit your needs.

Step 1

You will need access to Vehicles then the sub categories Vehicle Administration Toolkit and Vehicle Parameter Maintenance.

Step 2

To view the stock list you will need to select Vehicle Administration Toolkit, select the "Reports" tab then select Stock list Icon. Here you can search the Stock list using specific parameters. Once happy select Search to produce the report

This report will show standard fields to edit these in your favor please follow Step 3 onwards

Step 3

Select Vehicle Parameter Maintenance from the Vehicles Module.

Click the Stock List Icon from the tool bar this will bring up various tabs, and fields that can then be added to the Stock list as you desire. Once you are happy with you selection click "Save"

The variables that you choose will now show on the Stock List in Vehicle Administration Toolkit.
