This guide outlines the steps required to cancel a parts order within Navigator.


Steps to Cancel a Parts Order

  1. Access the Orders List:

    • Navigate to Parts from the main menu.
    • Select Point of Sale and then click Orders List.
  2. Locate the Order:

    • Single-click on the order you want to cancel. This will highlight the specific order.
  3. Cancel the Order:

    • Click the Cancel Order button.
  4. Select Completion Option:

    • You will be prompted to choose the appropriate option from the Complete Sale group.
    • Select the relevant option based on the reason for cancellation or next steps.
