Steps to Cancel a Parts Order
Access the Orders List:
- Navigate to Parts from the main menu.
- Select Point of Sale and then click Orders List.
Locate the Order:
- Single-click on the order you want to cancel. This will highlight the specific order.
Cancel the Order:
- Click the Cancel Order button.
Select Completion Option:
- You will be prompted to choose the appropriate option from the Complete Sale group.
- Select the relevant option based on the reason for cancellation or next steps.
