How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a reset from someone with access to the Setup > Staff Records module. This is typically a manager or an authorised administrator.


Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Request Access

  • Contact a manager or a staff member with permissions to access Setup > Staff Records.

2. Locate Your Staff Record

  • The authorised person should navigate to Setup > Staff Records and load your staff profile.

3. Reset the Password

  • Once your staff record is open, go to the Privileges tab.
  • Click the Change button within the password section.

Key Notes

  • Authorised Personnel Only: Password resets can only be performed by users with the necessary permissions.
  • Secure Password: Once reset, choose a strong and secure password to protect your account.
  • Immediate Access: After the password is reset, you can log in using the new credentials provided.
