Transferring a Vehicle from One Customer to Another

To transfer a vehicle from one customer to another, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Marketing Record:

    • Open the marketing record that contains the vehicle you wish to transfer.
  2. Navigate to the Vehicles Tab:

    • Go to the Vehicles tab within the marketing record.
  3. Initiate the Transfer:

    • Click Update, then select Transfer.
  4. Search for the New Customer:

    • The marketing search screen will appear. Search for the new customer to whom you want to transfer the vehicle.
    • Double-click on the selected customer record.

The vehicle, along with its service history, will be transferred to the new customer and removed from the old customer’s record.
