To transfer a vehicle from one customer to another, follow these steps:
Access the Marketing Record:
- Open the marketing record that contains the vehicle you wish to transfer.
Navigate to the Vehicles Tab:
- Go to the Vehicles tab within the marketing record.
Initiate the Transfer:
- Click Update, then select Transfer.
Search for the New Customer:
- The marketing search screen will appear. Search for the new customer to whom you want to transfer the vehicle.
- Double-click on the selected customer record.
The vehicle, along with its service history, will be transferred to the new customer and removed from the old customer’s record.
