Searching for a Vehicle by Chassis Number

To search for a vehicle by its chassis number, follow these steps:

1. Access the Customer Search Screen:

   • Go to the customer search screen within Marketing > View/Customer Prospect.

2. Use the "Other" Box:

   • Enter the chassis number in the "Other" search box.

This search box also allows you to look up information using other criteria, such as telephone numbers, email addresses, or additional customer details.
