If a customer no longer appears when searching in Navigator, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Archived Record: The customer's record may have been archived if they haven't visited in a while.
- Deleted Record: The record may have been deleted by someone in your organisation.
Solution
If you cannot find the customer in Navigator, the best approach is to create a new customer record. Any vehicle history associated with the customer’s vehicle will automatically be retrieved, as this information is archived by chassis number.
This ensures that all relevant vehicle history remains accessible.
