If you encounter an error stating "Licence Not Available," it indicates that all available licences are currently in use. To resolve this issue, you can try one of the following options:

  1. Ask another user to log off: This will free up a licence, allowing you to access the system.
  2. Contact your Customer Success Manager: If you frequently experience this issue, consider reaching out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss purchasing additional licences to meet your needs.
