Resolving Unhandled Exception Errors on the Advertising Tab

If you encounter an "unhandled exception error" on the Advertising Tab within a stock record, it may be due to a missing system file. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

Steps to Fix the Error

1. Identify the Error Type

• Ensure the error references Cef in its details.
  • If it does, proceed with the steps below.
  • If it doesn’t, additional troubleshooting may be required.

2. Download the Required File

1. Go to the following Microsoft link:
   • Download VC_redist.x64.exe
2. Download the Visual C++ Redistributable Package (vc_redist.x64.exe).

3. Install the Missing File

1. Run the downloaded file.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

4. Restart Navigator

1. Close and restart Navigator to ensure the changes take effect.
2. Navigate back to the Advertising Tab and confirm that the error is resolved.
