How to Check if Part Prices Have Been Updated

Price amendments and other changes to parts are tracked in the Parts Audit.

Steps to View the Parts Audit:

1. Navigate to Parts > View/Update Records.
2. Load the part you want to check.
3. Go to the Audit tab.

Understanding the Audit Log:

• Look for entries with a Type of ALTER. This indicates that changes have been made to the part record.
• If the price has been updated, the new Retail price will be displayed in the Retail column of the Audit.

This allows you to easily verify if and when the part price was amended.
