The Ford Online Service Booking platform seamlessly integrates with Navigator, allowing Ford customers to easily select specific services and repairs tailored to their vehicle.
This service is accessible through participating Ford dealers' websites. Once a dealer opts in, customers can use the system to book appointments effortlessly.
How It Works:
Vehicle Information: Customers start by entering their vehicle registration number. The system automatically identifies the vehicle model and displays a list of relevant services and repairs, along with associated prices.
Service Options: Customers can choose to drop off their vehicle as usual or opt for additional pick-up and delivery options for extra convenience.
Appointment Scheduling: Once a delivery or drop-off preference is selected, customers are prompted to choose a suitable date and time for their appointment.
Booking Confirmation: After booking, the appointment appears in Navigator under the Bookings for Approval tab. From there, you can review and confirm the appointment, sending a confirmation to the customer.
