How to Remove or Edit Logos/Images in the Forms Designer

Forms Designer in Navigator is used to customise all printed outputs, such as orders and invoices. You can easily remove or edit logos and images by following these steps:

Step 1: Access the Forms Designer

1. Navigate to Setup > Forms Designer.
2. Locate and double-click the specific form you want to edit.

Step 2: Remove or Edit Images

• To Remove an Image:

  • Click on the existing image on the form.
  • Press the Delete key or use the Remove option to delete the image.

• To Add or Replace an Image:

  1. Click the Image Icon in the toolbar (example shown below).
     
  2. Select an image file from your computer.
  3. Position the image on the form as needed.

Step 3: Adjust Image Sizing and Ratios

• To Maintain Proper Image Proportions:
  1. Single-click the image to select it.
  2. On the right-hand side, click Properties.
  3. Set the following options:
     • Aspect Ratio: Set to True to keep the image proportional.
     • Stretch: Set to True to fit the image within the designated space.

Additional Tips:

• Save and preview the form after making changes to ensure everything appears as expected.
• Maintain consistent image dimensions across forms for a professional look.
