The Bin List report in Navigator allows you to retrieve a list of all part numbers associated with a specific bin location. This report is useful for physical stock checks, bin audits, or reorganising parts storage.


Step-by-Step Process

1. Accessing the Report:

  • Ensure the Parts Manager’s Toolkit is open.

  • Select Bin List from the menu.

2. Running the Report:

  • Enter a Bin Location in the input field.

  • Click Report to generate the bin list.

3. Understanding the Output:

  • The report will display all part numbers that contain the bin location entered.

  • This includes partial matches, not just exact bin codes.

4. Working with the Data:

  • You can filter or group the results to suit your reporting needs.

  • Use standardised bin location naming conventions for consistency.
