I have received a user activation email. What is this for?

The email gives you access to the DMS Navigator helpdesk portal.

The portal lets you:

  • Read all support guides.

  • Use Johnny 5.

  • Submit support tickets.

  • Track the status of submitted tickets.

Access the portal here:
https://dmsnavigator.freshdesk.com/support/home

You are able to view guides and use Johnny 5 without creating an account. An account is only required to submit and track tickets.

Why This Matters

The helpdesk portal is the main route for support. Using the portal keeps requests organised, speeds up responses, and gives you visibility of progress without chasing updates.
