This means that newly created appointments or notes may not appear in the diary immediately after they are added.

After creating or updating an appointment:
• The change may take up to 15 minutes to appear in the diary view
• Notes added to appointments may also take up to 15 minutes to display
• This delay applies to other users viewing the diary as well
Why This Change Was Made
The refresh interval has been adjusted to improve:
• Diary stability
• System performance
• Overall responsiveness across the system
Reducing constant refresh activity helps prevent performance issues when multiple users access the diary at the same time.
Result
The diary will continue to update automatically, but changes will appear after the next refresh cycle rather than immediately.
