Clearing Parts Discount Codes

You clear a parts discount code when a discount no longer applies to a specific part. Removing the code prevents the system from applying the discount during parts sales.

Steps

1. Open Parts.

2. Select Parts View/Update Records.

3. Enter or search for the required Part Number.

4. Open the part record.

5. Locate the Discount Code field.

6. Select Clear next to the discount code.

7. Save the record.

Result

The discount code is removed from the part. The system no longer applies the discount during parts sales.
