Sales 360 for Mobile and Tablet

Sales 360 is now available within the Navigator App, allowing users to access sales information from both mobile phones and tablets while away from their desk.

Vehicle Price Audit Report

A new audit report has been introduced, allowing you to review changes made to vehicle pricing over time. This provides improved visibility and accountability when prices are amended.

Order Number in Sales Ledger Transactions

Sales Ledger transaction lists now display the associated order number, making it easier to identify and reconcile transactions.

Invoice Number in the Pipeline Profit Report

The Pipeline Profit Report now includes invoice numbers, providing additional reference information when reviewing completed sales.

Silent Sales Sheet Improvements

Workshop

Cross Branch Technician Clocking

Technicians using the Technician App can now clock onto jobs located at different branches, making it easier for multi-site businesses to manage workshop activity.

Technician Clocking Improvements

Significant enhancements have been made to the technician clocking process, improving reliability, performance and the overall user experience.

Remove Technician Clockings

Technician clockings can now be removed directly from both live jobs and historical job records where required.

Rebuild Diary Button

A new Rebuild Diary button has been added, allowing workshop diaries to be rebuilt quickly without requiring assistance from the Helpdesk.

Vehicle Health Check (VHC)

Version 26 introduces the new Navigator Vehicle Health Check (VHC) platform, providing an updated solution for recording and managing vehicle inspections.

Manufacturer Warranty Discount Percentage

A discount percentage can now be applied to manufacturer warranty work, allowing greater flexibility when invoicing warranty repairs.

Remove Job Lines During Appointment Creation

Job lines added during appointment creation can now be removed before the appointment is completed, reducing unnecessary amendments later.

Parts

Service History in Point of Sale

A new Service History tab has been added within Parts > Point of Sale, allowing users to view a vehicle's service history without leaving the Parts module.

Remove Parts Discount Codes

Parts discount codes can now be removed directly where no longer required.

Retail Goods In Improvements

A second bin location field has been added to the Goods In process, providing improved stock location management.

Manufacturer VIN Field

A dedicated Manufacturer VIN field has been added to vehicle stock records. This is particularly useful for Caravan and Motorhome dealerships where manufacturer VINs differ from chassis numbers.

Enhanced Vehicle Stock Record Audit

The Vehicle Stock Record Audit has been expanded and now records additional activity, including:

• Credit notes
• Deal closures
• Deal reopen events

Delete Stock Orders

Nominal Ledger > Setup

This removes the need for manual database updates when adding new cashbooks.

Amend Bank Opening and Closing Dates

Opening and closing dates for bank accounts can now be amended directly from the Cashbook screen using the new Change Dates option.

Administration

Staff List Improvements

The Staff List now displays:

• Active status
• Deletion date (where applicable)

making it easier to manage user accounts.

Copy Staff Privileges

A new option allows security privileges to be copied from one member of staff to another, significantly reducing setup time for new users or users with similar roles.
