Why is a technician not showing on the technician report?

If a tech doesn't display on the technician report, this is more likely caused by some sort of set up issue on the technician record itself.


In order for the system to pull the techs onto the technician report, a skill needs to be entered against the technician report itself. This can be done in Service Managers ToolkitUpdate.
