You can add custom job statuses to the T-Card screen. Once a job is assigned to one of these custom statuses, a new column will appear in the workshop reception T-Card view, reflecting that status.
Steps to Add a Custom Job Status:
- Go to Workshop > Service Parameters > Addl Job Status.
- Click Add.
- Enter the description of the new status. Be sure to spell it correctly, as it cannot be edited once added.
- Press OK, then Close to save the new status.
- Log out and then back into the system. The new status will now be available for selection, and once a job is set to this status, a corresponding column will appear on the T-Card screen.
Important Note:
Please be aware that there are certain hard-coded statuses in the system that cannot be removed. These are Listed below.
