How do I add additional columns onto the service reception T-Card view?

You can add custom job statuses to the T-Card screen. Once a job is assigned to one of these custom statuses, a new column will appear in the workshop reception T-Card view, reflecting that status.

Steps to Add a Custom Job Status:

  1. Go to Workshop > Service Parameters > Addl Job Status.
  2. Click Add.

  1. Enter the description of the new status. Be sure to spell it correctly, as it cannot be edited once added.
  2. Press OK, then Close to save the new status.

  1. Log out and then back into the system. The new status will now be available for selection, and once a job is set to this status, a corresponding column will appear on the T-Card screen.

Important Note:

Please be aware that there are certain hard-coded statuses in the system that cannot be removed. These are Listed below.
