If a user needs their PIN in the VHC system, follow the steps below to retrieve or reset it:
Step 1: Access the User Settings in VHC
- Navigate to VHC > Users.
- Select the user for whom you need to retrieve the PIN.
Step 2: Reset the User PIN
- You will likely need to reset the PIN for the user.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the PIN within VHC.
Step 3: If Resetting the PIN Does Not Work
- If the reset process doesn’t resolve the issue, the user will need to contact VHC Support directly to reset the PIN. This is because the VHC system is external, and we do not have direct control over it.
Note:
- Our system only integrates with VHC, so all PIN-related issues must be handled directly by VHC Support.
