Non-Productives Appearing on the Technicians App

If a non-productive code is visible on the technicians app, the issue is likely related to its configuration.

How to Check

  1. Go to Workshop > Service Parameters > Non Productive Codes.

  2. Double-click the affected non-productive code.

  3. Ensure the Managers Auth to Clock box is not ticked.

If this option is ticked, the non-productive code will not appear on the technicians app.
